In case of non-availability of a hotel, organizers reserve the right to offer alternative category, or return the payment in full.
For 3 night Packages Check in on 17th Jan.2013 / Check out on 20th Jan. 2013
For 4 night Packages Check in on 16th Jan.2013 / Check out on 20th Jan. 2013
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12pm.
Early check in’s and late check outs are subject to availability at the time of check in.
Changes in Govt. Tax structure, if any, will have an impact on the total package cost.
Full payment required for confirmation.
Packages cannot be cancelled once confirmed
Maximum 3 persons per room will be allowed. Extra Person charges will be applicable as actuals.
