Event Information


  • All applications should be made on the prescribed registration form (one form per delegate)
  • Online registration & payment facility is available on the website. Registration will be processed only upon receipt of the payment
  • Please inform us at the earliest in case of any discrepancies in your registration details, this would allow streamlined error free registration. The delegates must mention their Registration ID in all future correspondence
  • Invoice cum Receipt bearing the Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates by email. This must be presented at the registration counter
  • In case of members, it is mandatory to provide your membership number
  • PG Students must produce letter from Head of Department.
  • GST is charged at 18% and is included in the below mentioned registration fees
  • Workshop on 6th April, 2018. 25 Limited seats, Time: 4pm – 7pm, Including Dinner
  • Accompanying person not allowed in Workshop session
  • Conference program dates are 7th & 8th April, 2018
  • For accommodation and registration you can select residential registration package.
  • Credit/Debit card additional charges 4.50%
  • There are no additional charges for bank transfer(NEFT/RTGS)
  • For One Day Registration: Includes Conference proceedings, conference Kit & Lunch on selected date


  • If you are a single delegate, choose single occupancy
  • DOUBLE OCCUPANCY is the accommodation charges for a Two person(Provided one is an accompanying person/ not a registered delegate)
  • TWIN SHARING includes per night per person rate for accommodation charges
  • If TWIN SHARING, then mention the Name of the person sharing room with (Only Registered Delegate).If left blank committee reserves the right to allot any delegate to share the room with you
  • Breakfast & GST are included in the below mentioned rates
  • Hotel Hyatt Regency – Mumbai, Check in 2:00 P.M. and Check Out 12:00 P.M.
  • Check in date : 7th April 2018 , Check out date : 8th April 2018
  • Accompanying person can attend the gala dinners


  • Request of cancellation for refunds must be e-mailed to Conference Secretariat,

  • 50% of refund of registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 1st March 2018. No refund of registration will be provided for cancellation after 1st March 2018. The processing time for the refund will be 25 days of the conference.
