GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Team Members once registered, will not be allowed to change, Add or replace names.
  • Registration fees is Non Refundable under any circumstances.
  • For participating in SUPRA SAEINDIA, there should be an Active SAEINDIA collegiate club in the college.
  • +1 membership is mandatory to register for SUPRA 2018, All Members should have +1 Year Membership at the time of Registration. Annual Membership is not valid.
  • Every Team Registration should have 1 faculty (min.)/ 2 Faculty (Max) & 10 Students (min.) / 25 Students (max.)
   

COLLEGIATE CLUB /MEMBERSHIP

A college should register a minimum of 50 students and 2 faculty advisors to form a club. Current year updated club list is available in http://saeindia.org/collegiate-clubs

Colleges which are having students, less than 50 are listed under 'Assorted'/ Non-Clubs. They have to add more students to make 50.

  • Students who had already taken annual membership for 2017-18, has to upgrade their current membership by paying the difference amount of +1 amount and annual fee of Rs.460/-

PAYMENT MODE: (The Most Easiest and Recommended Mode of Payment)

  • Team Registration Fee for SUPRA SAEINDIA 2018 is INR 55,000 + 9,900 (GST @18%) = Total INR 64,900
     
  • VIA Net banking/Cash Deposit/ DD deposit/ Cheque deposit in any CANARA BANK and send us the screen shot of the payment or the pic of Receipt of the payment along with the soft copy of completed registration form to suprasaeindia@saeindia.org

SAEINDIA + 1 MEMBERSHIP

All team members of SUPRA has to take + 1 Membership. Students + 1 enrolment scheme is as follows.

  • 4+1 - 1st Year Student 400 x 4 + 500 = Rs.2100/- + Rs.378/- = Rs.2478/-
  • 3+1 - 2nd Year Student 400 x 3 + 600 = Rs.1800/- + Rs.324/- = Rs.2124/-
  • 2+1 - 3rd Year Student 400 x 2 + 700 = Rs.1500/- + Rs.270/- = Rs.1770/-
  • 1+1 - 4th Year Student 400 x 1 + 800 = Rs.1200/- + Rs.216/- = Rs.1416/-

The membership card will be valid for a period of which the member is paying the subscriptions as stated above.
