Abstracts are invited for the upcoming IIRSI conference 2025 under the following topics |

IIRSI - 2025 welcomes abstract for Free Paper, Video presentations, Poster Podium & E-poster. - Presenter must be an ophthalmologist including consultants, trainees, fellows and postgraduates practicing in India or abroad.
- All abstracts must be the original, unpublished work of the authors, with all listed authors having significant contribution to the completion of the work.
- All presenters must register for IIRSI 2025 conference to be eligible for presentation and awards.
- Maximum of 4 Co-authors are allowed, apart from presenting author.
- Maximum of 2 abstract submissions per category per author.
- Deadline for abstract submission: 30th September, 11:55PM IST
- The acceptance of submissions will be notified within 30 days after closure of submission.
- After the acceptance of the abstract, authors of accepted submissions will be required to submit the final presentable paper /poster / poster podium or video case. following the prescribed guidelines by 15th October 2025, 11:55 PM IST, for review and presentation at the conference

FREE PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES |
- All Free paper abstract submissions will be peer-reviewed by the IIRSI Program and clinical Committees.
- Abstracts will be graded based on content and scientific integrity.
- The presenting author must affirm that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the submitted content, and that the work represents original research or findings not previously published or presented elsewhere.
- Abstract submission results and abstract-related correspondence will be sent by email to the first author. Please provide an accurate email address for the first author.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will need to present a talk of 5 - 8 minutes at the IIRSI Delhi conference.
- The abstract should be structured as follows: Title, Aim & Objectives, Material & Method, Results & Conclusion.
- Font to be used: Arial with font size 12 and above.
- Title should not include more than 12 words and must be concise and self-explanatory. Avoid all-caps or abbreviations.
- The content of the abstract excluding title and references should not exceed 250 words.
- Do not include tables, figures, or references in the abstract.

VIDEO PRESENTATION GUIDELINES |
Abstract Requirements: | Video Specifications: | - The Title should be maximum of 12 words and must be clear, concise, and reflective of the video content.
- The presenting author must be clearly indicated with full name, affiliations and contact details.
- The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the content.
- The abstract should summarize the objective, methods, key results, and conclusions of the work presented in the video.
- Word Limit: 250 words (excluding title & references)
- The abstract and video must represent original work not previously published or presented.
| - Videos will be evaluated based on their scientific merits, educational values, originality, quality, conciseness, audio-visual effects, editing skills.
- All work must comply with ethical standards and data protection laws. If patients, human subjects, or identifiable individuals are included, consent must be documented.
- All financial disclosures to be included at the beginning of the video.
- Videos are preferred in MPEG format with a maximum resolution of 1280x720. AVI, WMV, or QuickTime (MOV) format are also allowed. The maximum time allotted will be 8 minutes including Q&A.
- Video file should not be larger than 500MB in size and should be labelled clearly.
- Videos are preferred with narration. Subtitles are encouraged for clarity
- Upload your video at any online sharing platform as 'GoogleDrive' and share public link for review.

POSTER PODIUM / E-Poster SUBMISSION GUIDELINES |
Abstract Requirements: | Presentation Requirements: | - Title should not include more than 12 words and must be concise and self-explanatory. Avoid all-caps or abbreviations.
- The presenting author must be clearly indicated with full name, affiliations and contact details.
- All authors must have reviewed and approved the submission.
- Abstract should be structured under the following headings: Title, Aim & Objectives, Material & Method, Results & Conclusion.
- The content of the abstract excluding title and references should not exceed 250 words.
- Authors can choose between POSTER PODIUM OR E-POSTER PRESENTATION CATEGORY
- Ethical approval (IRB) and patient consent (if applicable) should be clearly obtained. Disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding is mandatory.
| - Accepted presenters will be required to upload presentation for Poster Podium Presentation/ E-poster in PowerPoint slide format (.ppt/.pptx).
- Accepted Poster podium presentation will be held at IIRSI conference 2025, Delhi. The maximum time allotted will be 8 minutes including Q&A.
- Maximum of 12 slides are allowed. Content on each slide should not exceed 10 lines.
- Slide size should be Widescreen (16:9).
- Text should be in Arial font with font size 14 and above.
- File size should not exceed 10MB.
