iROP Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to iROP 2025, Jaipur.
• Abstracts must be submitted online via the website and indicate the category that it is submitted into.
• Only the presenting author can be submit an abstract.
• The presenting author's name should be mentioned first in the sequence of authors and should be underlined.
• Registration is not mandatory for Abstract Submission, however if the submission is selected for presentation registration will be mandatory.
• Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline - 15th April 2025.
• The abstract should must be written in English, using MS-Word (.docx format).

• The "title" should be descriptive, direct, accurate, appropriate, interesting, concise, precise, unique, and should not be misleading.
• Capitalize the first letter of all words in your title. However, do not capitalize article words such as "a", "the", "and" & "of" unless the article is the first word of the title.
• All abstracts must submitted in a given structured format only as followed

  For Oral Papers/Posters	For Challenging Cases/Videos
  All abstracts should be submitted in a structured format (Title, Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusions). The abstract should not exceed 250 words. (excluding title, author details and author affiliation)	Abstracts should be submitted in a non-structured format (Title, Brief summary of the case, Conclusions). The abstract should not exceed 150 words. (excluding title, author details and author affiliations)

• The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract is accepted as an oral, poster, challenging case or video presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.
• Tables or figures are not allowed.
• A keyword section should follow immediately the abstract section. List about 4-5 keywords separated by commas and ending with a stop.
• Acceptance notification will be sent by email to the presenting author latest by 1st May, 2025
