Cancellation Policy-

Cancellations till 31st May 2019- 25% of registration and accommodation charges deducted
Cancellations till 30th September 2019- 50% of registration and accommodation charges deducted
No refund will be made for cancellation after 30th September 2019

Refund Policy-

Members who will pre-register till Lucknow Conference (i.e. till 25th November 2018) will be entitled to full refund in case of cancellation till 30th September 2019
All refunds will be made without any interest and transaction charges after the conference by bank cheque only
Children above age of 12 will be treated as accompanying person
