Abstract Submission Guidelines

Conference registration is mandatory for the presenting author.

The topic must be strictly related to breast imaging and interventions.

Abstracts must be original and unpublished. Previously published abstracts will not be accepted.

The abstract must be written in English and should not exceed 250 words.

Include presenting author name first, followed by up to five co-authors, and then the institution name.

Abstracts must follow the prescribed format. Non-compliant submissions will not be considered.

Ensure thorough proofreading and corrections before submission.

No modifications will be allowed after final submission.

Certificates will be awarded to all accepted presentations (paper/e-poster).
Paper Presentation Guidelines
-
Abstracts submitted under the Scientific Category must be original research
-
Case reports are discouraged, except in exceptional circumstances.

The categories can be Scientific versus Education. Decision of Poster versus Oral paper from the scientific submission will be by reviewing committee.

Educational category will only be considered for posters only.

The abstract should be structured using the following subheadings: Title, Introduction, Aim and objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion. Maximum 1 table and/or figure may be added.

Only top 6 top papers will be selected for oral presentation (Total time allotted: 8 minutes for presentation; 2 minutes for questions and discussion).

Educational submission may include (1) Research studies & (2) Case reports / case series
-
Research studies should structured as: Title, Introduction, Aim and objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.

Case reports/ series/ pictorial essays should structured as: Title, Introduction, Imaging findings, Discussion and Conclusion.
