Guidelines for Abstract Submission

 
 

ARIS 2024, welcomes abstract for Oral, Poster, and Video presentations.

Please submit an abstract of your research or review paper, case study article or success story that aligns with the theme of the conference.

  • Abstracts need to be submitted online from ARIS 2024 Conference website www.aris-2024.com
  • Last Date of Abstract submission is 31st December 2023, while acceptance of submissions will be notified within 30 days after closure of submission.
  • Abstract is restricted to 3 submissions per user. You can indicate your preference Oral/Poster/Video case during submission.

  • Please choose the Abstract Subject matching the abstract.
  • Abstract titles should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract.
  • Abstract content should not be more than 350 words

  • The title should be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS (font size 14), with the exception of scientific names which should be upper/lower case and italicized.
  • Character font should be Times New Roman and 12-point.
  • In case of video presentation, maximum length of video will be 5 minutes.
  • Videos may be formatted in MPEG, AVI, WMV, or QuickTime (MOV) with a maximum resolution of 1280x720. MPEG-4 is the preferred format.
  • Preferably the first author/submitting should be the presenting author. The presenting author is obliged to ascertain that all authors are aware of the content and should be an original work. The authors should ascertain that there is no plagiarism including self-plagiarism
  • Registration is mandatory only for the presenting author.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by an expert committee. Authors of accepted submissions will be required to submit full paper/poster/video case in prescribed guidelines by 10th February 2024 to be reviewed and presented at the conference.
  • Conference registration is not mandatory for submission of your abstract, but we would advise you to register at the current discounted rates. If you register after the acceptance of the abstract, you can miss the early bird rates and registration rates at that time would be applicable.
