Event Information

General Guidelines
The information provided at registration will be used for your name badge and certificate of attendance.  Please fill in your name as you would like it to appear on the Certificate of Attendance.
Note: First Name, Last Name, Email Address & Registration Category cannot be changed once the account has been created.  If you wish to change any of the above information, please contact the registration support team at registration2025@apacrs.org.

  • Your registration is only confirmed upon successful payment.
  • APACRS reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received within 14 working days after registration.
  • To qualify for the Resident/Trainee/Fellow registration rate, please submit a letter of verification from your department head to registration2025@apacrs.org.
  • To enjoy the early bird rates, payment must be received by the respective deadlines.
  • All fees are subject to the prevailing Indian Government Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 18%.

APACRS MEMBERSHIP

  • You will be asked for your membership number if you have selected APACRS Member rate in the registration portal.
  • Please contact the APACRS Secretariat at membership@apacrs.org should you need our assistance to retrieve your membership number.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Refund

  • Replacement or cancellation requests must be notified in writing and received by the conference secretariat not later than 21 June 2025.
  • A handling charge of 5% of the registration fee and prevailing bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from each cancelled registration. No refund will be given after 21 June 2025. Any refund will be processed after the annual meeting.


Onsite Loss of Name Badges

  • Name badges are to be worn at all times during the congress and social events. Please note that badges are non-transferable. Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at USD 50 per badge.
