Registration Guidelines

Event Information

Terms & Conditions:

  • Please note: The below terms and conditions are standard guidelines and can be customized as per the specific requirements of the client and the nature of the conference.
  • All attendees, including accompanying children, must be registered for the conference. Entry will not be permitted without a valid registration.
  • Postgraduate students must upload or submit a valid bonafide certificate from their Head of Department/Institution at the time of registration.
  • All registrations are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applicable as per government norms and is subject to change.
  • GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under any condition, even in the case of cancellation.
  • Delegate kits will be issued only to the registered delegate upon presentation of the conference badge. Collection on behalf of another delegate will not be allowed.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry into the conference venue.
  • Delegate kits for spot registrants will be provided only subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • In the event the conference is rescheduled, and the new dates are not suitable to the delegate, no cancellation fee will be charged on the base registration amount (excluding GST and payment gateway charges).
  • Delegates must mention their registration number in all official communications with the conference secretariat.
  • The organizers shall not be held responsible for any changes in dates, loss of personal belongings, or delays in postal or electronic communications.

Residential Registration Inclusions & Accommodation Guidelines:

        Single Occupancy Basis:

  • 2 Nights / 3 Days stay at AURIKA HOTELS & RESORTS
  • Check-in: 13th February, 2026 at 1400 hrs
  • Check-out: 15th February, 2026 at 1200 hrs
  • Breakfast: 13th, 14th & 15th February, 2026
  • Lunch: 13th, 14th & 15th February, 2026
  • Gala Dinner: 13th & 14th February, 2026
  • Complimentary high-speed WiFi will be available for the duration of your stay.
  • Single occupancy accommodation will be provided at the conference venue

Double Occupancy Basis:

  • 2 night / 3 days stay at AURIKA HOTELS & RESORTS
  • Check-in: 13th February, 2026 at 1400 hrs
  • Check-out: 15th February, 2026 at 1200 hrs
  • Breakfast: 13th, 14th & 15th February, 2026
  • Lunch: 13th, 14th & 15th February, 2026
  • Gala Dinner: 13th & 14th February, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be emailed from registered email with registration number in subject.
  • Cancellation before 31st December, 2025: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 1st January to 30th January, 2026: 25% fee.
  • Cancellation from 31st January, 2026: Non-refundable.
  • Refunds within 6 weeks of event.
  • Email timestamp is official request date.
  • GST is non-refundable.
