Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract must be submitted in English, Font size: 12 pt, Calibri font, and lines with double spacing
2. The Title of the abstract should be within 25 words.
3. List of authors with their highest qualification and affiliation
4. Complete details (address, contact numbers, email ID) of the presenting author and corresponding author
5. Category of abstract (see details)
6. The abstract should be limited to 300 words and should be structured with the following headings (in bold)
   • Background
   • Material & Methods
   • Results
   • Conclusions
7. Do not include more than 1 table, graph, or image in the abstract (Each would be counted as 50 words)
8. The abstract's presenting author should be registered as a participant
9. All abstracts must be original
10. The deadline for submission of abstracts is April 15, 2026 (11.59 PM IST). Abstract received after the deadline will not be considered
11. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure that all the co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract
12. The corresponding author will be notified regarding the decision by the last week of April 2026 through e-mail
13. Instructions concerning the presentation of accepted abstracts will be on the conference website
14. The best abstract (oral/paper) in each category will be selected and presented in the awards session/oral presentation sessions
