The Organizing Committee of NICON 2026 invites abstract submissions for Free Papers and Posters. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and selected submissions will be presented during the conference.
Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must be submitted online only through the official submission portal.

The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference.

Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts (either Free Paper or Poster, or one in each category).

Abstracts must be submitted in English only.
-
Abstracts should be original work and not previously published or presented at another national/international meeting.

Submission Deadline: December 2025
Abstract Format

Title: Concise and in Title Case (no abbreviations).

Authors: List all authors with first name,
last name, and institutional affiliation.

Word Limit: Maximum 300 words
(excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
