Registration Fee

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

• All applications should be made on the prescribed registration form (one form per delegate).
• On-line registration & payment facility is available on the website, Registration will be processed only upon receipt of the payment.
• Please inform us at the earliest in case of any discrepancies in your registration details, this would allow streamlined error free registration. The delegates must mention their Registration ID in all future correspondence.
• Invoice cum Receipt bearing the Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates by email. This must be presented at the registration counter.
• In case of OTAI members, it is mandatory to provide your membership number.
• GST is charged at 18% on below mentioned registration fees. (Any change in GST rates will be as actuals at the time of booking)
• Conference program dates are 16th - 18th March, 2023 at Venue: Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.
• For accommodation registration you can select residential registration package.

ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES:

• Venue Address: Grand Hyatt, Santacruz East, Mumbai.
• If you are a single delegate, choose SINGLE OCCUPANCY.
• If you wish to share room with other delegate, choose TWIN SHARING.
• If TWIN SHARING, then mention the Name of the person sharing room with (Only Registered Delegate). If left blank committee reserves the right to allot any delegate to share the room with you.
• Stay, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & GST are included in the Residential Package.
• Entry in trade exhibition area.
• Check in 2:00 P.M. and Check Out 12:00 P.M,
• Check in date: 16th March. 2023, Check out date: 18th March. 2023 for 2 nights.
