The Organizing Committee of SEEDCON 2026 invites to submit an abstracts for Original Research work (Oral or e-Poster) and Case Reports/ Case Series (e-Poster only). The conference focuses on core endocrinology tracks and offers professional incentives for accepted papers.

Submission Guidelines & Formatting

Word Count: Maximum 300 words within the text box

Structure: Must be a structured abstract (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion).

Language: All ABSTRACTS must be submitted in English.

Visual Restrictions: No images, figures, illustrations, or graphs allowed.

Abstract Body Structure:

Title: [Insert Clear, Concise Title Here - Capitalise Main Words]

Background / Objective: [1-3 sentences stating the clinical problem, knowledge gap, and the specific aim of your study.]

Methods: [Describe your study design, patient population/sample size, interventions, and statistical tests used.]

Results: [State your main findings with specific data, p-values, or statistically significant numbers. Do not use generic statements like "data will be discussed".]

Conclusion: [Summarize the main takeaway message and the clinical relevance or impact of your findings.]
Policies & Rules

Submission Limit: Maximum of 3 abstract submissions per author.

Modifications: No additions or alterations are permitted after final submission.

Required Info: Name and contact details of the presenting author, plus names and emails of all co-authors.

Registration Policy: Mandatory registration for all participants. However, accepted presenting authors receive complimentary registration for the entire conference.
Note: A complimentary registration will be granted to the presenting author upon abstract acceptance
