Abstract Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers, clinicians, academicians, and students to submit abstracts for presentation at the 9th Annual Conference of SNCC 2026. The conference aims to encourage scientific exchange and showcase advances in Neurocritical Care and related domains.

Submission Topics

Authors may submit abstracts under the following thematic categories:

  1. Neuro Critical Care (Core Category)
  2. General Critical Care (Relevant to Neuro ICU)
  3. Neuroanaesthesia
  4. General Anaesthesia (Relevant to Neuro & Critical Care)
  5. Airway Management
  6. Training, Education & Quality Control
  7. Others

Submission Category

  • Free Paper Presentation
  • Poster Presentation

Abstract Structure

  • Background - Brief context of the study.
  • Objectives - Aim or purpose of the research.
  • Methods - Study design, materials, and methodology used.
  • Results - Key findings with data where appropriate.
  • Conclusion - Summary of outcomes.

General Guidelines

  • The abstract text should not exceed 300 words.
  • Title: Sentence case, concise and reflective of the study.
  • The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference.
  • A maximum of two abstracts per participant may be submitted (either Free Paper or Poster, or one in each category).
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English only.
  • The work should be original and not previously published or presented at any other national/international meeting.
  • Ensure clarity, scientific integrity, and relevance to the chosen topic category.
  • No tables, figures, or references inside the abstract text.
