Abstract & Video Submission Guidelines
Mandatory: Conference registration is mandatory for all submitting authors.
General Abstract Guidelines

Word Limit: The abstract must not exceed 300 words.

Title: Must be concise and should avoid abbreviations.

Structure: Must explicitly include four distinct sections: Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Visuals: Only 2 images or charts (maximum) are in PDF/JPEG format allowed per abstract.

Authority: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any paper without assigning any reason.
Authorship Rules

Presenting Author: The first author will automatically be considered as the presenting author.

Categories: Authors must be registered under one of these categories: Onsite Presenter or Co-author.

Multiple Submissions: One author can submit more than one abstract upto 5 on different topics.
Instructions for Video Presentations

Written Summary: Video abstract presenters must submit a written structured or unstructured abstract of up to 300 words.

Core Focus: Videos should focus on innovative techniques used to treat common or complex problems, interesting cases, demonstrations, or new therapies/applications for a specific disease site.

Restrictions: Promotional videos (either personal or commercial) will not be considered.

File Format: Videos must be in MP4 format.

Public url of your uploaded video on any sharing drive e.g. Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox for online review.

File Size: File size should not exceed 500 MB.
