• Collect the badge on site, physical presence of the Delegate/Faculty is Mandatory.
• Conference Bag is not guaranteed for spot registrations.
• Registration Badge is mandatory to attend Scientific Sessions/Meals/Exhibition/Entertainment Programs.
Important Notes:-
• For smooth registration and check-in process, delegates are requested to adopt Online Registration.
• In case of NEFT/UPI payment, delegate has to send UTR Transaction number with date and bank details.
Registration will not be processed without receiving these payment details.
• Registration is not required for children below 5 years.
Cancellation Policy:-
1. Written request for registration cancellation should reach the secretariat by 15th May. As per hotel policies,
accommodation cancellation will not be acceptable.
2. All refunds will be made after the conference by cheque payment.
3. 30% amount will be deducted towards handling charges.
4. Government Taxes will be deducted as per rules
