GENERAL REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

• Only Radiologist
• Eligibility Criteria: DMRD/DMRE, MD DNB in Radiology
• All attendees are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate
• Please contact us at register.musk2025@medivisionevents.com and remember to include your Registration ID in all future correspondence
• A confirmation email containing your Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates
• In case of members, it is mandatory to provide your membership number
• **PG Students must produce letter from HOD

• Once registration is completed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued.
